By using biofeedback tools and evidence-based techniques, HeartMath helps individuals build resilience, improve focus, and access a calm, balanced state known as "coherence."

Through guided sessions, clients learn to manage anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and enhance emotional clarity by practicing simple breathing techniques and monitoring their heart rate variability (HRV).  We provide clinical supervision for psychotherapy and social work students completing practicum placements or working toward registration. Our supportive and collaborative approach is designed to help you grow your confidence, build core competencies, and navigate the early stages of your clinical journey with clarity and care.

Supervision focuses on helping you:

  • Explore ethical considerations and boundaries
